“PURCHASING A PUPPY”

When we have a litter of puppies with us, they will each receive the very best in care.

Unless it’s a “first time” mom,  we normally deliver our puppies by planned

c-section.

For the first 2 weeks, the litter is kept close by in the

“dog bedroom”- the litter is kept in their nesting box (kiddie swimming pool)

At 3 weeks old, we move them to an open area in our sun room- which is our climate controlled/enclosed patio that we surrendered  to our dogs.

Mom and babies have their space designated for them. Mom has access to a doggy door which leads to her outside area, to relieve herself & get some fresh air. The puppies have more space to romp and play now!

The puppies are raised indoors at all times. They are not kept outside, at all!

The puppies and their living areas are kept very clean.

Once the puppies start getting around good, they are taken outside daily for “playtime”. While outside, they are never left unattended!

From the day they are born, each puppy is given the very best in care and an unlimited amount of attention and affection. These babies are very well socialized, and they are guaranteed to be very loving and affectionate.

I strongly believe that the attention they receive in the early stages of life will truly be a positive influence in the development of their personality.

I feel they will truly benefit from this throughout their life.

Once the puppies are moved to the sun-room, paper is laid down and potty stations go into effect.
This is a HUGE head start at potty training!
(You will well appreciate this!)

We strive to offer very healthy puppies, health wise & with personalities.

Upon going to their new home, the puppies will have been:

  • Vet Checked
  • DewClaws Removed
  • Wormed weekly beginning at 2 weeks old
  • Receive 1st set of shots
  • Microchipped

We ask that you have your new puppy checked out by your vet within 48 hours of picking him/her up from us.

We do not ship our puppies. We ask that you make arrangements to personally pick up your new puppy.

We are here to help answer any questions that you may have. If you have never had a Mastiff, we offer as much information as possible to make sure this is the right breed for you.

Owning a Mastiff is a great responsibility, it is not a decision that needs to be made overnight.
This is a large breed, the expenses will be more than an average/normal size dog.
Everything will cost more including food, beds, toys, boarding, and most importantly medicine & vet bills.
We aim to find each and every puppy it’s perfect one time forever home.
Mastiffs long to be a member of their family, and are very dedicated to their families.
A Mastiff will not do well relocating and adjusting to a new family over & over.
I would like to recommend that you find a good vet clinic to use for your Mastiff.
It is better to find a vet clinic that is familiar with the Mastiff breed.
Get to know your vet, and have your vet get to know your animals.
You never know at what time of day you can have an emergency with a Mastiff or any other breed.
You want to get your Mastiff comfortable going to the clinic. It is important that you start taking them at a very early age. This will help them to be comfortable going to see the doctor. Take them in as a puppy monthly
to have them weighed, let them visit with the staff.
If you get them familiar now, the trips in the future will be so much easier on you!
It isn’t easy trying to wrestle a 150-200 pound animal out of the car!
I would like to share with you all that we have had
the pleasure of being able to count on a wonderful vet clinic here in Canton.
As a breeder, it is very important to be able to reach your clinic at all times.
Dr.Eberhart and his staff have truly been our Guardian Angels for us here at Turbo Mastiffs.

Of course we had to wish Dr. E a happy birthday!
